EJ Rivera carried the Panthers to its Week 2 victory against Trinity and the East Pennsboro faithful did the same in a spirited race to the 4th Down Magazine Player of the Week battle against Line Mountain’s Kaiden Maurer.
When the dust settled, nearly 7,000 votes were cast with Rivera racking up 3,296 to slip past Maurer. The victory rewarded a performance highlighted by 143 total rushing yards on 10 carries. He score both touchdowns in his team’s 16-9 victory against Trinity.
