Torin Evans, QB, Susquehanna Twp.: Torin Evans put the Indians offense on his back, dicing the South Western defense with precision—completing 22 of his 28 passes and piling up 268 passing yards and a pair of touchdowns en route to a 42-14 victory Friday night.
Trevin Arnold, QB, Newport: This was the start to the 2025 season that Newport needed, a 24-19 victory against Juniata Valley Friday night on their home turf. Arnold turned in a strong performance to fuel the victory with 162 yards through the air and a pair of touchdowns.
Evan Jutba, RB, West Perry: It didn’t take long for the Mustangs to find their new workhorse back, did it? Jutba made his presence known for Bob Boden’s crew Friday night, carrying the load with 23 carries, 266 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 49-21 victory against Susquenita.
Grady Hope, RB, Big Spring: The Bulldogs might have entered Friday night’s game against Shippensburg as the underdogs, but Hope dispelled that perception, leading his team with 25 carries and 218 stripes. He reached paydirt twice in Big Spring’s 23-20 victory against Shippensburg in the annual Little Brown Jug game.
Elias Coke, WR, Harrisburg: They say stars shine brightest on the biggest stage. Story checks out. Against Imhotep Charter, Coke was nothing short of brilliant, hauling in seven receptions for 114 stripes and a pair of touchdowns as Harrisburg knocked off Imhotep, 40-26 Saturday.
Dantae Sheffey, RB, State College: The Little Lions welcomed back Sheffey this year after the dynamic back spent a year suiting up for Harrisburg. He wasted no time making his mark, rushing for 197 yards on 26 carries. He added a pair of touchdowns in a rout of Gateway, 41-14.
