Game ball winners: Week 0

Each week during the 2017 high school football season, each member of our team--and those working behind the scenes as well at 4th Down Magazine--will pass out game balls to top performers.

Players will earn five points per game ball. 4th Down will feature the player with the highest point total heading into the PIAA semifinals. We may even throw in a little swag for the overall winner.

Saturday morning QB: Palmyra takes down Camp Hill, Van Buskirk nails 49-yard FG, Adams runs wild and more

By 4th Down Staff

Somebody must have made a deal with Mother Nature for the 2017 version of Week Zero. The opening night of the season was blissfully cool and comfortable for late August.

And a team under stress, the Camp Hill Lions, could not hold up under the heat Palmyra brought in the fourth quarter at Buck Swank.

Saturday Morning QB: Wildcats win...(Again!), Hershey pulls off an upset, Onasis Neely enters beast-mode and more

By Jake Adams:

The Sentinel

Hi, my name’s Jake. I’m not Andy Shay. He’s lost somewhere in the Midwest, we believe. So I’ll be subbing in for a week on Saturday Morning Quarterback. Hopefully I don’t run this train off the tracks.
