2015 District 3, Class AAAA Preview

This is an interesting District 3-AAAA bracket this year. The power rankings flushed out the top seeds and the bracket is a very strong one this year. But Central Dauphin certainly has a tough road to Hershey as the No. 1 seed.

Connor Long drills 40-yard field goal as time expires to propel Cumberland Valley past Central Dauphin

Even when Central Dauphin iced Cumberland Valley kicker Connor Long three times before he attempted his potential game winning field goal, you just knew.

From 40 yards out on this night after the Eagles had rallied from 14 down against the Rams, there was no way a four-year veteran like Long was going to miss.

Steven Veronikis wrapped his arm around Suzanne Sheaffer on a wet Friday night at Landis Field in Harrisburg Oct. 2. The first annual American Gold Star Mothers football game in Pennsylvania had just concluded with Central Dauphin claiming a 50-6 victory against crosstown foe Harrisburg.
