2015 PENNSYLVANIA FOOTBALL WRITERS’ ALL-STATE TEAM: CLASS AAAA

The Pennsylvania Football Writers' Class AAAA All-State team includes four selections from the Mid-Penn Conference. Cumberland Valley, the reigning District 3-AAAA champions landed Shannon Dolan and do-it-all kid Connor Long while Central Dauphin's Micah Parsons and Central Dauphin East's Jahad Neibauer also earn the honor.

Sights & Sounds of the Game: District 3-AAAA Championship

Cumberland Valley won its 13th District 3-AAAA Championship Saturday night in a staggering seven overtime marathon with Central Dauphin at Hersheypark Stadium.

In the bottom of the seventh overtime, the Rams coaching staff opted to go for the win after its touchdown. In a game that looked like it could go on all night with neither defense able to make a stop, CD went for the 2-point conversion.

Game changers: Five players to watch tonight

There are 32 teams still playing high school football in the state of Pennsylvania. Six of those squads, Central Dauphin, Cumberland Valley, State College, Bishop McDevitt, Susquehanna Township and Camp Hill, all hail from the Mid-Penn Conference.
